ALTRAD ENDEL recrute un Chef de Chantier en maintenance nucléaire sur ses activités à Nogent !

Chef de Chantier en maintenance nucléaire (H/F)

CNPE de Nogent (10) – CDI

Rattaché au Responsable de contrat, vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des travaux de maintenance sur les activités de capacités (échangeurs, ballons...) et les activités d'ancrage et supportage dont vous avez la charge et coordonnez les activités des équipes. Vous êtes également responsable du respect des délais et de la qualité.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous êtes amené à :

  • Gérer le personnel et animer vos équipes
  • Encadrer notamment les chefs d'équipe sous votre responsabilité et coordonner les sous-traitants intervenants sur votre chantier
  • Organiser et gérer les matériels, matières premières et moyens humains nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des chantiers
  • Gérer les stocks de matériels et de matières premières arrivant sur le chantier
  • S'assurer du bon déroulement du Dossier de Réalisation de Travaux dans le respect des objectifs fixés
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi documentaire des chantiers
  • Assurer le contrôle technique des chantiers
  • Veiller au respect du cahier des charges client dans une logique de qualité, prévention et environnement, ainsi que dans le respect de la réglementation des délais
  • Participer activement à l'élaboration du plan de prévention avec le client et le faire appliquer
  • Etre garant des délais et du budget.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation en mécanique de type CAP, bac pro ou CQPM
  • Vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience de plusieurs années sur le poste de Chef de Chantier, de préférence dans le Nucléaire
