ENDEL Cycle du Combustible Ouest (CCO) recrute dès maintenant :

Un(e) Conducteur de Travaux (H/F) en CDI

basé à Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (50).

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur d'Exploitation, vous serez en charge de l’organisation et de la bonne exécution des travaux qui vous seront confiés, sur le plan des moyens humains, matériels et logistiques.

Vous encadrerez plusieurs chefs de chantiers sur des activités nucléaires.

Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions qui vous seront confiées :

  • Mettre en œuvre et étudier les plannings prévisionnels pour définir les priorités d’exécution.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des travaux par rapport aux prévisions et/ou aux besoins particuliers du client.
  • Assurer le suivi des moyens logistiques, humains et matériels nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux.
  • Mettre en place les visites générales ou spécifiques de chantier.
  • S’assurer que le personnel mis à votre disposition respecte les règles de sécurité à partir du plan de prévention élaboré avec le client.
  • S’assurer que les contrôles qualité garantissant la qualité des prestations sont correctement effectués et gérés.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur et justifiez d'une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans l'encadrement de chantier ;
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans dans le management d'équipe ;
  • Votre esprit d'équipe et votre fibre managériale sont les atouts que nous recherchons ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des métiers de la métallurgie est demandée.
