Nous recrutons des Contrôleurs Dimensionnels (H/F) en CDI,

basé à Cherbourg (50).

Votre mission

Au sein de notre atelier dédié au contrôle qualité, vous êtes le garant de la conformité dimensionnelle de nos fabrications.

À l'aide d'équipements de contrôle 2D et 3D, vous vérifiez la conformité des pièces mécaniques et des ensembles fabriqués au regard des exigences clients, des codes de construction et des normes applicables.

Votre expertise contribue directement à la qualité, à la fiabilité et à la réussite de nos projets.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Réaliser les contrôles dimensionnels des pièces et ensembles mécaniques à l'aide de moyens de mesure conventionnels et tridimensionnels.
  • Vérifier la conformité des fabrications au regard des plans, spécifications techniques, codes et normes applicables.
  • Établir les rapports et documents de contrôle garantissant la traçabilité des opérations.
  • Identifier les écarts ou non-conformités, analyser leurs causes et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Participer à l'analyse des résultats de contrôle et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité.
  • Vérifier la bonne application des modes opératoires et renseigner les fiches d'anomalies si nécessaire.
  • Assurer le suivi des affaires de contrôle qui vous sont confiées jusqu'à leur validation.

Votre profil :

Titulaire d'un Bac +2 en mécanique, chaudronnerie ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en contrôle qualité dimensionnel dans un environnement industriel.

Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans, les méthodes de contrôle ainsi que l'utilisation d'équipements de mesure de précision.

Rigoureux(se), méthodique et doté(e) d'un excellent sens de l'observation, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre exigence, votre autonomie et votre capacité à garantir un haut niveau de qualité.
