Un(e) PMO Project Management Officer (H/F) en CDI

basé à CHERBOURG (50).

Ce poste s’inscrit dans le cadre de la création d’une cellule projet, mise en place afin de renforcer nos capacités de développement et de pilotage de projets industriels dimensionnants.

Le Project Management Officer (PMO) interviendra pour accompagner le pilotage des projets. Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions qui vous seront confiées :

Phase d’exécution :

  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance, d’avancement, de coûts et de qualité ;
  • Participer à la structuration et au pilotage opérationnel des projets en participant activement à la production des supports (réunion de suivi, routines de coordination des services, etc.) ;
  • Assurer la coordination technique des activités d’installation mécanique, tuyauterie et soudage ;
  • Contribuer à la planification, à l’analyse des risques et à la gestion documentaire ;
  • Être un appui à la résolution de problème pour les chefs de projets et les équipes opérationnelles en menant des analyses approfondies : construction de diagnostiques factuels (interviews, analyse des indicateurs, visites terrains), définition de plan d’actions, suivi des plans d’actions auprès des porteurs d’actions ;
  • Participer aux revues de projet et à l’amélioration continue des processus.

Phase d’inter-projets :

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des méthodes de réalisation de Projets (appui au déploiement de nouveaux outils, intégration du REX Projets pour faire évoluer les outils existants, etc.) ;
  • Assurer une veille des outils de gestion de projets et des outils analytiques de suivi de production. Lorsque pertinent, contribuer à des tests sur des projets en cours.

Votre profil :

  • Formation d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) en génie mécanique, industriel ou tuyauterie/soudage ;
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets industriels et/ou en environnement PMO ;
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Access, etc.) ;
  • Appétence pour les activités analytiques (construction d’indicateurs d’avancement et de production, suivi planning, etc.) et esprit de synthèse ;
  • Connaissances solides en installation générale, tuyauterie industrielle et soudage.

Qualités requises : rigueur, esprit d’analyse, autonomie et curiosité pour les nouveaux outils analytiques, sens du collectif et bon relationnel.
