Soudeur Activités Nucléaire (H/F)

France – CDI

Dans le cadre du déploiement de nos activités sur le parc nucléaire Français, nous recherchons un Soudeur Activités Nucléaires (H/F). Rôle indispensable à l’entreprise, en qualité de soudeur rattaché au Service Travaux de la Direction Ingénierie et Projets, vous réalisez la réparation ou l'assemblage de tuyauteries dans le respect des normes qualités, des spécifications clients et des contraintes des fluides transportés sur le secteur Nucléaire. Vous pourrez également être amené à évoluer sur des chantiers conventionnels type industrie, pétrochimie.

Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions qui vous seront affectées :

  • prendre connaissance des éléments sur lesquels vous devez intervenir : contraintes auxquelles sont soumis les équipements (température, pression, efforts mécaniques…), métaux qui les constituent, préparation des soudures…
  • préparer et vérifier son matériel (poste à souder, manomètre, faisceaux, torche ou pince arc), contrôler son étalonnage et s’assurer de détenir les qualifications nécessaires ;
  • effectuer les soudures prévues en respectant le procédé établi : préparation des pièces, conditions de propreté, préchauffage, exécution des passes, décalaminage, contrôles entre passes ;
  • s'assurer du respect des paramètres avec les documents de soudage et contrôler visuellement l’état des soudures réalisées ;
  • remplir et signer des fiches techniques d'intervention (dossier de maintenance de l'installation).

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation en tuyauterie de type CQPM, CAP ou Bac Pro en chaudronnerie-métallerie avec mention complémentaire Soudage ;
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum aux fonctions de soudeurs ;
  • Vous souhaitez découvrir le milieu nucléaire auprès d'une entreprise ancrée dans le paysage industriel français.
