SN EUROPIPE, spécialisée dans le montage d’ensembles chaudronnés et de tuyauterie process pour projets industriels exigeants recrute un Soudeur pour rejoindre ses équipes

Soudeur (H/F)

Bouguenais (44) – CDI

Sous la responsabilité directe d’un Chef de Nef ou d’un chef chantier, vous intervenez en atelier ou sur chantier pour réaliser des soudures sur tuyauteries en acier, inox, et autres matériaux.

La maîtrise du procédé TIG (141) est indispensable pour ce poste. La connaissance du procédé à l’électrode enrobée (111) constitue un atout supplémentaire.

Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions qui vous seront affectées :

· Prendre connaissance des éléments sur lesquels vous devez intervenir : contraintes auxquelles sont soumis les équipements (température, pression, efforts mécaniques…), métaux qui les constituent, préparation des soudures…

· Préparer et vérifier votre matériel (poste à souder, manomètre, faisceaux, torche ou pince arc), contrôlez votre étalonnage et vous vous assurez de la validité de vos qualifications utilisées.

· Lecture et application d’un cahier de soudage

· Connaissances des qualifications pour application de la 9606-1

· Effectuer les soudures prévues en respectant le procédé établi : préparation des pièces, conditions de propreté, préchauffage, exécution des passes, décalaminage, contrôles entre passes

· Assurer le respect des paramètres avec les documents de soudage et contrôler visuellement l’état des soudures réalisées.

· Remplir et signer des fiches techniques d'intervention

Vous êtes mobile et les déplacements sont nationaux sur l’ensemble de l’hexagone.

Votre profil

  • De formation type BAC Pro Technicien en Chaudronnerie Industrielle (TCI), CQPM/Titre professionnel soudeur ou équivalent,
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum aux fonctions de soudeur
  • Qualification spécifique pour le travail des métaux : inox, aciers carbone, …
  • Impératif TIG (141) – Electrode Enrobée (111) serait un plus
  • Vous souhaitez découvrir le milieu industriel auprès d'une entreprise ancrée dans le paysage industriel français.
