Nous recrutons des Techniciens Méthodes (H/F) en CDI,

basé à Cherbourg (50).

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Méthodes, vous êtes un acteur clé de la réussite des affaires.

En étroite collaboration avec le Chargé d'Affaires, dont vous êtes le principal appui technique, vous préparez, coordonnez et accompagnez les fabrications afin de garantir leur réalisation dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité, de coûts et de délais.

Véritable interface entre le Bureau d'Études, les ateliers, les équipes chantier et les fonctions supports, vous anticipez les besoins, sécurisez les étapes clés du projet et contribuez à son bon déroulement jusqu'à la livraison.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Préparer le lancement des fabrications et des préfabrications en atelier.
  • Élaborer les dossiers de fabrication et de montage (LOFC, LOMC, modes opératoires, gammes de fabrication, MOPR…).
  • Mettre à jour les plans d'ensemble et de détail en lien avec les évolutions des projets.
  • Définir les besoins en approvisionnement et assurer le suivi des commandes nécessaires aux fabrications.
  • Accompagner les ateliers et les équipes chantier tout au long de la réalisation des affaires.
  • Garantir la conformité et la traçabilité des matériaux, composants et soudures.
  • Organiser les livraisons et veiller au respect du planning des projets.
  • Analyser les aléas techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées pour sécuriser l'avancement des affaires.
  • Vérifier la conformité des dossiers techniques avant leur clôture.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +2 à Bac +3 en tuyauterie, chaudronnerie, mécanique ou équivalent.

Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement nucléaire ou industriel exigeant.

Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans et connaissez les processus de fabrication en chaudronnerie et tuyauterie.

Une connaissance des exigences de nos principaux donneurs d'ordre (ORANO, NAVAL GROUP, EDF) constitue un véritable atout.

Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens de l'anticipation, vous aimez coordonner différents interlocuteurs et contribuer à la réussite collective des projets.
