ALTRAD ENDEL et plus particulièrement son pôle Service à l’Energie, recrute un Tuyauteur pour rejoindre ses équipes de Gravelines.

Tuyauteur (H/F)

Gravelines (59) – CDI

Rôle indispensable à l’entreprise, en qualité de Tuyauteur, vous réalisez la réparation ou le façonnage de tuyauteries dans le respect des normes qualités, des spécifications clients et des contraintes des fluides transportés sur le secteur Nucléaire.

Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions qui vous seront affectées :

  • Réaliser les relevés de côtes sur chantier
  • Prendre connaissance des contraintes liées aux réseaux de tuyauterie et aux fluides transportés (liquides ou gazeux, inertes, corrosifs …)
  • A partir du relevé de côtes et / ou de plans isométriques, réaliser le débit des éléments tubulaires
  • Monter les éléments de tuyauterie et les assembler avec des accessoires préfabriqués (coudes, brides,…) suivant les plans et les consignes
  • Effectuer l’assemblage des pièces que vous réalisez (pointage / soudage) en collaboration avec un soudeur et procéder à leur contrôle visuel
  • Sur des tuyauteries provenant d’installations, contrôler visuellement l’état des différentes pièces pour en évaluer le degré de corrosion, d’usure, de déformation… et définir les opérations à réaliser : démontage, découpage et remplacement de tuyauteries
  • Procéder au remplacement des systèmes de tuyauteries industrielles usagées

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation en tuyauterie de type CQPM, BTS CRCI...
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de plusieurs années sur ce métier.
  • Vous souhaitez découvrir le milieu nucléaire auprès d' une entreprise encrée dans le paysage industriel français.
