Nous recrutons des Tourneurs et des Fraiseurs (H/F) en CDI,

basé à Cherbourg (50).

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l'atelier usinage, vous réalisez l'usinage de pièces techniques sur machines à commandes numériques, dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et des délais.

Grâce à votre savoir-faire, vous contribuez à la fabrication de composants destinés à des projets industriels à forte valeur ajoutée.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Préparer vos opérations d'usinage à partir des plans et des dossiers de fabrication.
  • Régler les machines et saisir ou adapter les programmes sur commandes numériques.
  • Réaliser les opérations d'usinage dans le respect des exigences techniques.
  • Assurer la conduite des équipements, surveiller le bon déroulement de la production et optimiser les temps d'usinage.
  • Contrôler la conformité dimensionnelle et visuelle des pièces produites.
  • Renseigner les documents de suivi et garantir la traçabilité des fabrications.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences en matière de qualité, de sécurité et d'amélioration continue.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation de niveau Bac à Bac +2 en usinage, productique ou mécanique.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel.

Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans, les techniques d'usinage sur commandes numériques ainsi que les logiciels de FAO.

Rigoureux(se), autonome et passionné(e) par la mécanique de précision, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre exigence technique et votre sens du travail en équipe.
