Wij zijn Altrad Services Benelux, een wereldwijde marktleider binnen industriële services. Met onze multidisciplinaire teams zorgen wij voor vakmanschap op het gebied van stellingbouw, access solutions, isolatie, painting, asbestverwijdering, thermografie en elektrische- en stoomtracing. Wij bieden oplossingen op maat voor de specifieke behoeften van de klant.

Wat kan je van de functie verwachten?

Op onze industriële werven kan je de actie terugvinden! Als Administratief bediende heb je hierin een belangrijke rol. De functie is zeer afwisselend, met veel verantwoordelijkheid.

Je bent enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor de operationele personeelsplanning:

  • Het maken van vaste teams en deze op de werven inplannen
  • Medewerkers aanmelden via verschillende portalen
  • Wijzigingen (op vraag van klanten) doorvoeren
  • Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en klanten

Daarnaast wordt jouw takenpakket aangevuld met administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van interne en externe afdelingen:

  • Personeelsadministratie (verlofaanvragen, ziekte-attesten opvolgen, prestaties doorgeven)
  • Opstart van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Dagrapporten verwerken
  • Wagenpark beheren
  • Juiste gegevens aanleveren in het kader van facturatie

Ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve- en/of planningsfunctie
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk en je kan gestructureerd je taken plannen, ook tijdens drukke periodes
  • Je krijgt energie van het plannen van personeel
  • Je kan goed om met verandering en je staat ervoor open om processen aan te pakken en te verbeteren
  • Je communiceert op een duidelijke manier en je bent klantgericht ingesteld
  • Je bent computervaardig en je kan vlot werken met MS Office tools
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en je hebt goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en je bent op zoek naar een informele werkomgeving
  • Je verplaatst je vlot met eigen vervoer
