Diseñar, implementar y gestionar iniciativas corporativas que promuevan el bienestar de las personas, la diversidad e inclusión y el vínculo con la comunidad, contribuyendo a una experiencia del colaborador positiva y consistente en todas las locaciones de la compañía.

Formación

Graduado/a en Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Comunicación, Trabajo Social o carreras afines.

Deseable formación complementaria en Diversidad e Inclusión, Beneficios o Bienestar Organizacional

Principales responsabilidades

Coordinar y administrar los programas e iniciativas vigentes de bienestar, diversidad y comunidad

Participar en la implementación de las acciones definidas por el Comité de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión.

Colaborar en la implementación de campañas de sensibilización y concientización vinculadas a diversidad, convivencia intergeneracional, prevención del acoso y la violencia laboral, inclusión y otras temáticas relacionadas.

Coordinar talleres, actividades y eventos internos asociados a cultura, bienestar e inclusión.

Gestionar los beneficios corporativos: Detectar oportunidades de mejora, asegurar la implementación corporativa, contacto con proveedores, desarrollo de políticas y procedimientos.

Trabajar en conjunto con Comunicación Interna para el desarrollo de campañas y acciones de posicionamiento interno.

Coordinar iniciativas de relacionamiento con la comunidad y programas de voluntariado corporativo.

Gestionar indicadores, elaborar reportes y realizar seguimiento presupuestario de las iniciativas del área.

Competencias clave

Capacidad analítica y orientación a datos.

Gestión de proyectos.

Comunicación interpersonal y buen manejo de las relaciones interpersonales.

Organización y planificación.

Capacidad para coordinar múltiples iniciativas simultáneamente.

Sensibilidad por las temáticas de inclusión, bienestar y cultura organizacional.

Requisitos

Graduada/o en RR.HH., Psicología, Trabajo Social o afines (excluyente)

Experiencia en el área de beneficios y programas de diversidad e inclusión

Manejo de Excel avanzado (gestión de indicadores, nóminas, etc.).
