Als Senior Production & Resource Planner (m/w/d) bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle für die operative Planung unseres Produktionsstandorts. Du übersetzt Nachfrageprognosen und Business-Anforderungen in belastbare Kapazitäts-, Personal- und Produktionspläne und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktion auch bei wechselnden Volumina effizient und zuverlässig läuft.

Dabei verbindest du langfristige Kapazitäts- und Personalplanung mit der kurzfristigen Produktionssteuerung. Du arbeitest mit hoher Eigenständigkeit, löst komplexe Planungssituationen und bringst unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammen, um praktikable und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Dein Verantwortungbereich

  • Strategisch planen: Du entwickelst langfristige Personal- und Kapazitätspläne und stellst sicher, dass Ressourcen, Schichtmodelle und Produktionsvolumen optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
  • Produktion steuern: Du übersetzt Forecasts und Produktionsanforderungen in konkrete Tages- und Wochenpläne, Produktionsaufträge und Batch-Planungen.
  • Engpässe voraussehen: Du identifizierst frühzeitig Kapazitäts-, Personal- und Produktionsengpässe und entwickelst Lösungen, bevor sie den operativen Ablauf beeinträchtigen.
  • Dynamisch reagieren: Wenn sich Forecasts, Produktionsbedingungen oder Supply-Anforderungen verändern, passt du Pläne schnell an und stellst die operative Umsetzung sicher.
  • Performance im Blick behalten: Du vergleichst Planung und tatsächliche Performance, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Besser planen, kontinuierlich verbessern: Du hinterfragst bestehende Planungsprozesse, identifizierst strukturelle Verbesserungspotenziale und treibst skalierbare Lösungen voran.
  • Stakeholder verbinden: Du arbeitest eng mit Production, Workforce/Staffing, L&D, Tech, Procurement, Demand Steering, Forecasting und Finance zusammen und sorgst für eine gemeinsame Planungsgrundlage.
  • Ownership übernehmen: Du steuerst deine Themen eigenständig und übernimmst Verantwortung für komplexe Planungsfragen – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.

Dein Profil

  • 3–5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Production Planning, Resource Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling oder Workforce Management, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, volumenstarken Umfeld wie Manufacturing, FMCG oder E-Commerce.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kapazitätsplanung, Ressourcensteuerung und operative Zusammenhänge.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du kannst komplexe Daten und Abhängigkeiten analysieren und daraus klare, umsetzbare Entscheidungen ableiten.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert – auch wenn sich Anforderungen kurzfristig verändern.
  • Du bist in der Lage, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzubringen, Trade-offs transparent zu machen und auch bei komplexen Abstimmungen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Du hast eine hands-on Mentalität und Freude daran, operative Herausforderungen nicht nur zu analysieren, sondern konkrete Lösungen umzusetzen.
