Vi har travlt og søger en engageret og struktureret formand, der kan være med til at sikre, at vores opgaver bliver planlagt, koordineret og udført effektivt og med høj kvalitet.

Dine primære opgaver

Som formand bliver du en vigtig del af den daglige drift, hvor du blandt andet skal:

· Koordinere og fordele arbejdet blandt vores gulvslibere

· Planlægge og følge op på dagens og ugens opgaver

· Sikre, at medarbejderne har de nødvendige materialer og informationer

· Have løbende dialog med kunder, samarbejdspartnere, medarbejdere og kontoret

· Følge op på kvalitet, tidsplaner og aftaler

· Bidrage til at skabe struktur og et godt samarbejde på tværs af virksomheden

· Hjælpe med at løse de udfordringer, der naturligt opstår i en travl hverdag

· Serviceminded.

Vi forestiller os, at du

· Har erfaring fra gulvbranchen eller en anden relevant håndværksbranche

· Har praktisk erfaring og forstår hverdagen

· Har gode samarbejdsevner og kan kommunikere med både kunder og kolleger

· Er struktureret og god til at bevare overblikket – også når der er travlt

· Kan tage ansvar og træffe beslutninger

· Har flair for planlægning og koordinering

· Har kørekort B

Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at tage ansvar, skabe overblik og få hverdagen til at fungere.
