Executar e monitorar as etapas finais do processo de produção de etanol de milho, operando os sistemas de destilação, evaporação e Controle de Operações Integradas (COI), garantindo a qualidade do produto, a eficiência energética, a estabilidade operacional, a segurança dos processos e o cumprimento das normas técnicas, ambientais e de segurança.

  • Operar e monitorar os processos de destilação, evaporação e COI, realizando ajustes conforme os parâmetros operacionais;
  • Atuar, quando necessário, nas etapas de moagem, cozimento, fermentação, separação de sólidos, extração de óleo e secagem, garantindo a continuidade da operação;
  • Operar colunas de destilação, peneiras moleculares e evaporadores, controlando temperatura, pressão, vazão, refluxo e demais variáveis de processo;
  • Monitorar a qualidade do etanol produzido, realizando coletas de amostras e ajustes para atendimento às especificações;
  • Operar sistemas automatizados do COI, monitorando alarmes, tendências e indicadores, realizando intervenções remotas quando necessário;
  • Emitir relatórios operacionais e registrar ocorrências, indicadores e eventos críticos;
  • Executar procedimentos de CIP (Cleaning in Place) e manter os equipamentos e áreas organizados e limpos;
  • Apoiar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva, realizando inspeções, abertura de ordens de serviço e pequenas intervenções conforme orientação;
  • Orientar e acompanhar as atividades da equipe operacional, promovendo organização, produtividade, desenvolvimento técnico e aplicação da metodologia 5S;
  • Cumprir e promover os procedimentos de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (SSMA), utilizando corretamente os EPIs, participando de DDS e treinamentos obrigatórios e reportando riscos e não conformidades.
