Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing care team!

If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and want the flexibility of PRN work with excellent hourly pay, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Details

  • Pay: $35.00 per hour
  • Location: Albuquerque & Rio Rancho, NM
  • Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
  • Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
  • Monitor and report changes in client conditions
  • Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members

Qualifications

  • Active New Mexico CNA certification
  • Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and onboarding
