We’re hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers for daytime opportunities across West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and surrounding areas. Join a professional, supportive team dedicated to providing quality care and helping clients maintain their independence and dignity at home.

Pay Range: Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $23–$25 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Compensation Schedule: Benefit from consistent weekly pay you can count on.

Available Shifts: 4–8-hour daytime shifts with flexible scheduling. Weekend availability is a plus.

About Us:

Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. We provide our clients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible care, while ensuring our clients’ safety, comfort, and respect…Always.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
  • CNA or HCA certification required
  • Prefer a high school degree or GED
  • One year or more of experience supporting older adults
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
  • Clear background check and drug test
  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
