Seeking Korean-Speaking Caregiver (CNA/HCA)

We are looking for a caring and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home assistance to a Korean-speaking client in the Seattle area. Proficiency in spoken Korean is essential to ensure clear communication with the client regarding personal care, safety needs, daily routines, and companionship.

Pay Rate: Receive competitive hourly pay of $23–$25, depending on your experience and certifications.

Payment Schedule: Enjoy reliable weekly pay, giving you consistent and dependable earnings.

Shift Availability: Daytime shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours, with flexible scheduling options. Availability on weekends is preferred.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
  • CNA or HCA certification required
  • Prefer a high school degree or GED
  • One year or more of experience supporting older adults
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
  • Clear background check and drug test
  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
  • Fluent in Korean and English

Your Role:

  • Provide companionship and friendly assistance.
  • Help with personal care, meal preparation, and daily activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
  • Provide dependable, personalized care tailored to each client’s needs.

Help older adults with everyday tasks, build meaningful connections, and offer caring support so they can enjoy a secure, happy, and independent life at home.
