Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their homes, we want to hear from you!

We proudly serve clients throughout Gloucester and Camden Counties. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive management, and a rewarding work environment.

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Salary: $19-$20 an hour (based on experience and availability)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Assist with ambulation and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current New Jersey CHHA License
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
  • Ability to pass all necessary background checks
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a caring nature
