The posting

Always Best Care home care Services is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Community Liaison to join our growing team. If you're a dynamic, outgoing professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and making a real difference in the lives of seniors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), low-income senior housing, and PACE programs
  • Develop partnerships with local community organizations and senior-focused networks
  • Represent ABC Home Healthcare Services at community events, expos, health fairs, and network meetings
  • Identify and nurture referral sources to consistently generate new client leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience from first contact onward

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or community outreach, especially within senior services (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently in the field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Highly organized with effective time management and follow-through
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact in the senior community
