Part-Time Caregiver – 24/7 Hospice Client

Location: McKinney, TX 75070 Schedule: Part-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Caregiver Experience Required Hindi-speaking caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking experienced part-time caregivers to join a dedicated care team for a 24/7 hospice client in McKinney, TX.

We are looking for dependable caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on personal care and working with clients who may have significant mobility limitations. Experience with hospice, bed-bound clients, incontinence care, or extensive ADL assistance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
  • Incontinence care
  • Repositioning and mobility assistance
  • Transfers and hands-on personal care
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Light housekeeping related to the client's care
  • Companionship and comfort
  • Monitoring for changes and communicating concerns to agency staff
  • Following the client's established plan of care

Qualifications:

  • Previous professional caregiving experience required
  • Hospice or bed-bound client experience preferred
  • Comfortable providing extensive personal care
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work as part of a consistent caregiver team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Hindi-speaking is a plus
