Job Summary

The Human Resources Supervisor serves as the point of contact for Managers/Leads in other departments and other HR team members. The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee and manage training, learning, and development programs including mandatory compliance training initiatives. The Human Resources Supervisor will ensure that the goals and objectives of the company is met on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Human Resources related questions & concerns
  • Manages work load of HR Administrative Assistants & Generalists
  • Reviews & approves Time Off Requests
  • Participants in interview, training & on-boarding processes
  • Facilitates Human Resources team meetings/conference calls
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records in various systems
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
  • Maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Assist with administers benefits programs such as health, vision and dental insurance, and 401K
  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier
  • Maintain HR Calendars
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
