The Role

We are seeking outgoing, high-performing Club Promoters to drive advance ticket sales, group event turnouts, and VIP bottle service table reservations across NYC’s top nightlife destinations.

This role is built for active networkers, social connectors, and street team enthusiasts who want to monetize their social reach, personal networks, and in-person presence into an uncapped, performance-based income stream.

Key Responsibilities & Primary Revenue Drivers

  • VIP Bottle Service Sales: Consult with high-end clients to secure VIP table reservations, qualify party size/budget against venue minimum spends, and drive premium beverage revenue.
  • Advance Ticket Sales: Promote event lineups and lock in pre-sale ticket conversions using personal tracking links and custom promo codes.
  • Group & Event Booking Facilitation: Coordinate large-group outings, corporate celebrations, birthdays, and bachelor/bachelorette parties to maximize party spend and attendance.
  • Social & Street Team Outreach: Leverage personal networks, social media, and direct networking at NYC nightlife hubs, parties, and social gatherings to invite prospective guests using your personal promo codes.
  • On-Site Client Hosting (Optional): Welcome your booked bottle service clients at the venue door and facilitate smooth table entry. While optional, hosting your clients on-site opens up opportunities to earn direct client tips. When client-purchased paid hosting services are booked, promoters also earn additional hosting commissions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Social Network: Personal network or social media presence (public Instagram profile strongly preferred) with direct access to partygoers and potential bottle service clients.
  • Sales-Oriented Mindset: Focused on driving revenue conversions (ticket purchases and table deposits) rather than passive guest list management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident, charismatic, and engaging when reaching out to prospective clients online or in person at social events.
  • Core Tech Literacy: Comfortable navigating social media platforms, basic Google Suite tools, and digital link-tracking tools.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Reliability & Professionalism: Dependable, self-driven, and well-presented when representing the brand and interacting with partner venues.

Earning Potential & Compensation Structure

  • Direct Ticket Sales Commissions: Earn dedicated payouts per ticket sold through your personal referral codes and tracking links.
  • Uncapped Bottle Service Commissions: Earn top-tier commission percentages on minimum table spends and total bottle service revenue generated.
  • Client Hosting Payouts & Tips: When clients book paid hosting add-ons, promoters earn additional hosting commissions. Even when hosting without a paid add-on package, attending on-site provides direct opportunities to receive optional client tips for exceptional service.

Legal Disclosures & Engagement Terms

  • Pay Transparency: In compliance with NYC Local Law 32, compensation for this role is strictly performance-based (commission). There is no base hourly wage or salary provided. Earnings are directly tied to documented ticket sales, guest entry turnouts, bottle service revenue generated, and contracted hosting services. Client tips are optional and provided at the client's sole discretion.
  • Independent Contractor Status (1099): This engagement is strictly that of an Independent Contractor (1099-NEC). Contractors maintain full autonomy over their schedules, promotion methods, and client outreach.
  • Tax Compliance: Contractors are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local tax obligations. Prior to payout disbursement, a valid IRS Form W-9 must be submitted. Always The VIP LLC will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC as required by law.
  • Venue Compliance & Age Restrictions: Promoters and their hosted guests must strictly adhere to venue entry requirements, dress codes, state liquor laws, and security protocols. Promoters and guests must be at least 21 years of age with valid government-issued photo identification. Entry is at the discretion of venue door management.
