AM Suisse ist der Dachverband für die Fachverbände Metaltec Suisse und Agrotec Suisse und vertritt an den Standorten Aarberg und Zürich die Arbeitgeber\- und Bildungsinteressen von über 1800 Betrieben der Branchen Metallbau, Landtechnik und Hufschmiede. Mit engagierten Mitarbeitenden leistet AM Suisse professionelle Netzwerksarbeit für alle gemeinsamen Verbandsaufgaben.

Für die Abteilung Recht/Soziales/Unternehmensführung in der Geschäftsstelle Zürich, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter/in PLKM / Rechtsdienst 50\-80%

(Paritätische Landeskommission im Metallgewerbe)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Firmen und Arbeitnehmenden im Zusammenhang
  • mit dem LGAV in allen drei Landessprachen
  • Erhebung der Arbeitsverhältnisse und Erfassung der unterstellten Betriebe
  • Termingerechte Erledigung der PLKM\-Administration
  • Bearbeitung der Kautionen
  • Administrative Betreuung der PLKM\-Sitzungen, Protokollführung etc.
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung der Adressen und entsprechenden Mutationen
  • Korrespondenz und administrative Arbeiten mit Bezug zum Gesamtarbeitsvertrag
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anwälten und Behörden

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Muttersprache Deutsch
  • Gute ösichkenntnisse zwingend, italienische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
