1. Principais Atividades:

• Atuar no desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de aplicações backend, APIs, integrações, consumers, jobs e fluxos transacionais críticos. • Projetar e implementar soluções seguras, resilientes, escaláveis, observáveis e de alta performance. • Participar de discussões de arquitetura, refinamentos técnicos, definições de padrões e estratégias de evolução tecnológica. • Contribuir para a modernização de sistemas, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia de software e redução de dívida técnica. • Atuar em atividades de sustentação, troubleshooting, análise de incidentes, identificação de causa raiz e correção de vulnerabilidades. • Realizar code reviews e mentorar profissionais menos experientes, promovendo a excelência técnica do time. • Desenvolver e evoluir pipelines de CI/CD, automações e processos que aumentem a produtividade e a qualidade das entregas.

Requisitos:

• Requisitos Obrigatórios • Experiência com desenvolvimento utilizando Java e Spring Boot. • Experiência com Git e fluxos de versionamento. • Experiência no desenvolvimento de APIs REST e RESTful. • Experiência com arquitetura distribuída e microsserviços. • Conhecimento em mensageria e filas (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS ou similares). • Experiência com containers (Docker) e plataformas de orquestração (Kubernetes). • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions ou similares). • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) e não relacionais (MongoDB, Cassandra ou similares). • Experiência com testes unitários, integrados e automatizados. • Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoração (New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk ou similares). • Experiência em desenvolvimento e troubleshooting em ambientes Linux. • Conhecimento de princípios SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture e DDD. • Conhecimento de arquiteturas resilientes, escaláveis e orientadas a eventos. • Conhecimento em TDD e BDD. • Experiência com documentação de APIs utilizando Swagger/OpenAPI.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Conhecimento em Spring Cloud. • Conhecimento em Kotlin. • Conhecimento em Apache Spark. • Experiência com AWS (S3, ECS, EKS, SQS, EMR, Lambda e demais serviços relacionados). • Conhecimento em Azure ou GCP. • Conhecimento dos conceitos fundamentais de Inteligência Artificial Generativa e Large Language Models (LLMs). • Experiência na integração de aplicações com APIs de IA e serviços baseados em modelos de linguagem. • Conhecimento de engenharia de prompts, contexto e uso de ferramentas de IA para desenvolvimento como Github Copilot, Kiro ou similares.
