Key Responsibilities

As a Non-Medical Home Health Aide, you'll provide essential assistance and companionship to help seniors enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling daily life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Meal Planning and Preparation: Prepare balanced meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assist with laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
  • Transportation Assistance: Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed.
  • Companionship and Emotional Support: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, encouragement, and compassionate care.
  • Daily Activities: Encourage participation in routines and meaningful activities that support independence and well-being.
  • Client Well-Being: Observe and communicate noticeable changes in a client's condition to help ensure appropriate support.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for caring individuals who are committed to treating every client with dignity, kindness, and respect.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
