You will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life while assisting with their individual daily needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Encourage client independence and engagement in daily activities Follow individual care plans and communicate concerns to the appropriate office staff Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Genuine passion for helping seniors and veterans Must have 2 years of caregiving experience Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus Reliable transportation Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius of Groveton, TX Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependability and commitment to providing quality care Schedule Part-time opportunities are available, including weekend and overnight shifts. Scheduling depends on client needs and caregiver availability.
