Consultora de Atendimento

Responsável pelo atendimento e relacionamento com clientes da Amaren, atuando de forma presencial e pelos canais digitais, desde o recebimento da prescrição e elaboração do orçamento até a confirmação e acompanhamento do pedido.

A profissional deverá realizar orçamentos e cálculos de fórmulas manipuladas com agilidade e precisão, utilizando o sistema Fórmula Certa, garantindo um atendimento claro, organizado e alinhado aos padrões de qualidade da Amaren.

Atendimento, Orçamentos e Vendas

  • Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e pelos canais digitais;
  • Receber e conferir prescrições para elaboração de orçamentos;
  • Elaborar orçamentos e cálculos de fórmulas manipuladas;
  • Operar o sistema Fórmula Certa para cadastro, orçamento e lançamento de pedidos;
  • Informar valores, formas de pagamento e prazos de produção e entrega;
  • Apresentar produtos e soluções disponíveis de acordo com a necessidade do cliente;
  • Finalizar vendas e acompanhar o pedido até sua conclusão;
  • Realizar follow-up de orçamentos não finalizados;
  • Atuar com agilidade mesmo diante de alto volume de atendimentos.

Relacionamento com o Cliente

  • Proporcionar uma experiência de atendimento clara, cordial e resolutiva;
  • Identificar as necessidades do cliente e conduzir adequadamente o atendimento;
  • Manter cadastros e informações atualizados no sistema;
  • Acompanhar pendências, pagamentos, retiradas e entregas;
  • Registrar reclamações, solicitações e ocorrências;
  • Encaminhar dúvidas técnicas ou farmacêuticas ao profissional responsável;
  • Manter relacionamento ativo com clientes durante todo o processo de compra.

Organização e Controle

  • Manter os registros dos atendimentos e pedidos corretamente atualizados;
  • Apoiar o controle e organização dos produtos de revenda;
  • Conferir informações comerciais antes da finalização dos pedidos;
  • Comunicar pendências ou inconsistências aos setores responsáveis;
  • Colaborar com os demais setores para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos.

Procedimentos e Qualidade

  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos e padrões de atendimento da Amaren;
  • Seguir as normas sanitárias aplicáveis às atividades desempenhadas;
  • Trabalhar em alinhamento com farmacêuticos e demais setores;
  • Preservar a confidencialidade das informações dos clientes;
  • Zelar pela organização, imagem e padrão de excelência da Amaren.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prática com o sistema Fórmula Certa;
  • Experiência com orçamentos e cálculos em farmácia de manipulação;
  • Agilidade e capacidade para lidar com alto volume de atendimentos;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
