Als verzorgende IG in onze nachtdienst zorg je ervoor dat onze bewoners ook ’s nachts kunnen rekenen op goede, persoonlijke zorg. Vanuit het nachtteam werk je op verschillende momenten en locaties binnen Amarosa. Zo blijft je werk afwisselend en kun je ontdekken waar jij het beste tot je recht komt.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens de nachtdienst ben jij er voor onze bewoners wanneer zij jou nodig hebben. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor.

Je:

  • Verleent persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen;
  • Houdt in de gaten hoe het met onze bewoners gaat en speelt in op wat zij nodig hebben;
  • Zorgt voor rust, veiligheid en een vertrouwd gevoel in de nacht;
  • Signaleert veranderingen en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is;
  • Legt je zorg goed vast en draagt belangrijke informatie over aan je collega’s.

Geen nacht is precies hetzelfde. Soms is het rustig en heb je tijd voor een praatje. Een andere keer vraagt een bewoner wat extra aandacht of zorg. Juist in die momenten maak jij het verschil.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een betrokken Verzorgende IG die graag zelfstandig werkt en ook ’s nachts scherp en rustig blijft. Je vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en veilig voelen.

Onze kernwaarden zijn liefdevol, behulpzaam, saamhorig en deskundig. Daar herken jij jezelf in.

Verder:

  • Heb je een diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3);
  • Ben je bevoegd en bekwaam voor de verpleegtechnische handelingen die bij je functie horen;
  • Werk je graag zelfstandig en kun je goed inschatten wat er nodig is;
  • Ben je bereid om op verschillende locaties binnen Amarosa te werken, zowel op somatische als psychogeriatrische afdelingen.

  • Een salaris volgens de cao VVT, FWG 40: € 2.981,- tot € 3.864,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur per week;
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering;
  • Reis- en onkostenvergoeding;
  • Een pensioenregeling bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
  • Een fietsplan en andere aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Een meerkeuzesysteem voor arbeidsvoorwaarden, bijvoorbeeld voor een elektrische fiets of extra verlofdagen.
