The posting

Responsável pelo controle, acompanhamento e conciliação de todas as movimentações de produtos do armazém, garantindo que as entradas, saídas, transferências, devoluções, avarias e demais movimentações estejam de acordo com os registros físicos, documentos e sistemas da empresa.

Principais atividades:

  • Controlar diariamente as entradas e saídas de produtos do armazém;
  • Receber e conferir as informações encaminhadas pelos responsáveis pelo armazém;
  • Confrontar os dados físicos, documentos e informações do sistema, identificando divergências;
  • Realizar e acompanhar inventários diários, semanais e mensais, conforme rotina da empresa;
  • Apurar diferenças de estoque e acompanhar sua regularização;
  • Controlar avarias, perdas, devoluções, transferências e ajustes de estoque;
  • Conferir movimentações de produto no armazém;
  • Realizar a conciliação do estoque físico x estoque sistêmico;
  • Elaborar relatórios e controles de movimentação e estoque;
  • Acompanhar indicadores relacionados a acuracidade de estoque, perdas e divergências;
  • Validar lançamentos realizados no sistema pelos responsáveis da operação;
  • Identificar inconsistências e comunicar aos responsáveis para correção;
  • Apoiar o Financeiro e Operações com informações e relatórios quando necessário;
  • Garantir que as movimentações estejam devidamente documentadas e registradas no sistema;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas ao estoque;
  • Manter os controles e documentos organizados e disponíveis para conferência.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Logística, ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Desejável conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
