As an Account Manager in the SMB segment, you will be responsible for driving customer digital transformation through effective engagement with a variety of stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, IT leaders, architects, and developers. You will be a brand ambassador, supporting our customers, partners, and end-users as they work with AWS and utilize our cloud technology to innovate and improve their business outcomes.

In this role, you will think big to develop the SMB segment and be curious about the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across strategic accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will listen to our customers and help solve complex business transformation and growth challenges, enabling them to focus on delivering optimal business results. Your responsibilities will include customer engagement, creating a pipeline of strategic accounts, and managing existing customers. As builders, we aim to create long-term relationships with our customers. With a strong bias for action, you will enhance user experiences while engaging with external and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting - Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation - Experience working independently and collaborating effectively in a remote team environment

- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services - Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
