The posting

Traffic and set up advertising campaigns across Prime Video (PV) and 3P Video for the India marketplace. Own the pre-launch campaign lifecycle from IO/deal intake and line item setup to creative upload, QA, and go-live across Amazon's ad serving platforms (ADSP/Rodeo).

Ensure every campaign goes live accurately, on time, and in full compliance with deal terms, platform specs, and ad policies. Serve as the first line of quality control, catching setup errors before they impact delivery or advertiser experience. Work closely with sales, CSM, and ad tech teams to ensure campaigns deliver on time, on budget, and in line with advertiser expectations. Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve operational issues, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and revenue across India's video advertising business.

Key job responsibilities Campaign Setup & Trafficking - Receive IO/deal briefs from CSM and translate them into accurate campaign setups on ADSP and Rodeo - Create and configure line items — targeting parameters, flight dates, budgets, frequency caps, dayparting, and deal IDs — as per the approved deal terms - Set up programmatic guaranteed (PG) and direct-sold deals with precision across PV, AMXP, and 3P Video inventory - Ensure correct mapping of advertiser, brand, and campaign hierarchy within the platform Creative Upload & QA - Upload 1P hosted video creatives and third-party tracking pixels/tags on Rodeo - Validate creatives against platform specifications (format, resolution, duration, file size) and ad policy guidelines - Flag non-compliant or missing creatives to CSM/sales before go-live deadlines - Conduct end-to-end pre-launch QA — verify targeting, creative assignment, tracking, pacing settings, and deal linkage before activating campaigns Go-Live & Handoff - Activate campaigns on schedule and confirm successful ad serving within the first few hours of launch - Perform launch-day health checks — verify impressions are delivering, creatives are rendering correctly, and tracking is firing - Hand off live campaigns to CSM for ongoing pacing management, optimisation, and advertiser communication Troubleshooting (Pre-Launch & Launch) - Diagnose and resolve setup-related issues — including trafficking errors, creative rejection, targeting misconfigurations, and deal ID mismatches - Escalate platform-level bugs or ad tech issues to the appropriate engineering teams with clear documentation Process & Quality - Follow established SOPs and trafficking checklists to maintain zero-error campaign setups - Flag gaps in existing workflows and contribute to SOP updates and process improvements - Maintain accurate trafficking logs and campaign setup documentation

A day in the life - New campaign briefs awaiting setup - Creative assets received from advertisers/agencies - Urgent same-day go-live requests - Escalations or flags from the previous evening - Read the IO/deal brief — understand the advertiser, deal type (PG/direct), flight dates, budget, targeting requirements, and creative details - Create the campaign shell — set up the campaign, line items, and deal IDs on the platform - Configure targeting — geography, device, content genre, dayparting, frequency caps as per deal terms - Map brand hierarchy — ensure correct advertiser → brand → campaign mapping for accurate reporting and brand repetition rules - Link deal IDs — connect PG deal IDs to the correct line items so programmatic demand flows correctly - Upload video creatives (1P hosted) and companion banners on Rodeo - Attach third-party tracking pixels — impression trackers, click trackers, verification tags (MOAT, IAS, etc.) - Validate creative specs — check format (MP4/MOV), resolution (1920×1080), duration (15s/30s), file size, and audio levels against platform requirements - Flag rejections — if a creative doesn't meet specs or violates ad policy (e.g., restricted category, missing disclaimers), flag it back to CSM immediately with clear reasons - Test rendering — preview the ad to ensure it renders correctly across devices (Fire TV, mobile, web) - Send go-live confirmations to CSMs for campaigns activated during the day - Flag pending items — creatives still awaited, IOs with missing information, campaigns blocked due to spec issues - Prepare next-day queue — review what's coming up tomorrow and pre-read briefs if available

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
