A equipe de UTR First Mile é responsável por garantir a excelência operacional nas etapas iniciais da cadeia logística da Amazon no Brasil. Atuamos na gestão e supervisão de dezenas de nodes de First Mile, colaborando com equipes multifuncionais como Middle Mile, Configuration, Capacity Planning, Supply Team, Delivery Stations e parceiros EDSP para assegurar que os pacotes sejam coletados, processados e despachados com máxima eficiência e qualidade.

Nesta posição, será responsável por monitorar, analisar e melhorar continuamente os processos operacionais de qualidade nos nodes de First Mile, garantindo a conformidade com os padrões da Amazon e impulsionando a experiência do cliente,

Key job responsibilities ● Estar presencialmente na estação de coleta. Amazon lidera operações 24-7, e portanto, trabalhar em diferentes turnos será parte dessa função, podendo incluir finais de semana e feriados. ● Monitorar e analisar indicadores de qualidade operacional (KPIs) dos nodes de First Mile, incluindo taxas de falha de scan, wrong node, stow success rate e depart success rate ● Realizar auditorias de qualidade nos processos de recebimento, stow, depart e integração de pacotes nos nodes ● Identificar causas raiz de desvios de qualidade e propor planos de ação corretivos e preventivos ● Acompanhar métricas de desempenho por operational flow (AMZL E2E e TBAV), identificando nodes ofensores e oportunidades de melhoria ● Colaborar com equipes operacionais, parceiros EDSP e stakeholders internos para implementar melhorias de processo ● Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios de qualidade para suportar a tomada de decisão ● Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e automação de processos, atraves do uso de IA ● Garantir a padronização de processos de qualidade em todos os nodes da rede First Mile ● Suportar o onboarding e treinamento de novos membros da equipe em processos e padrões de qualidade ● Viajar 40-50% do tempo para apoiar lançamentos no local e o envolvimento dos parceiros.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics - Experience with Excel - Experience with six sigma methodologies - Experience with lean methodologies - Experience communicating results to stakeholders - PDCA

- Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Bachelor's degree in English
