A equipe da Amazon Logistics Brasil (AMZL) está procurando uma pessoa Analista de Operações Logísticas para se juntar ao time de EDSP (External Delivery Service Providers), ou seja, as estações de entrega da AMZL operadas por parceiros. Essa pessoa irá atuar como Torre de Controle para essas operações operadas por parceiros. As operações serão feitas 7 dias por semana, incluindo feriados; portanto, os Analistas de Operações Logísticas são todos em escala 4x3, separados entre equipe front e back.

Essa pessoa atuará na gestão de estações de entrega dos parceiros logísticos externos para garantir o desempenho e conformidade dos processos desses parceiros. Trabalhará em um ambiente altamente colaborativo que é mais próximo de uma start-up do que uma grande empresa. Key job responsibilities - Monitorar diariamente o funcionamento eficiente dos parceiros logísticos, sugerir e implantar melhorias; - Criar e acompanhar métricas operacionais com os parceiros logísticos; - Analisar dados de várias fontes e identificar tendências relevantes para que, a partir deles, decisões rápidas e importantes ao negócio sejam tomadas; - Encontrar soluções práticas e simples para problemas complexos; - Servir de elo entre os stakeholders internos e externos tendo em vista os objetivos, limites, conformidade e privacidade das informações; - Mergulhar profundamente nas causas raízes dos problemas operacionais.

- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Bachelor's degree, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level - Work rotating shift schedules and variable days off - Travel up to 15% of the time

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Experience in logistics, or experience in an operational role
