A equipe da Amazon Logistics Brasil (AMZL) está em busca de um(a) Analista de Operações Logísticas para integrar o time de EDSP (External Delivery Service Providers), responsável pelas estações de entrega operadas por parceiros. Essa pessoa atuará como Torre de Controle, garantindo o desempenho e a conformidade dessas operações.

As atividades ocorrem 7 dias por semana, incluindo feriados, e os analistas seguem uma escala 4x3, divididos entre equipes front e back. O ambiente de trabalho é altamente colaborativo e dinâmico, com uma mentalidade de testar e experimentar novas ideias.

A pessoa contratada precisará se adaptar rapidamente a cenários ambíguos e desafiadores, entregando resultados em um ritmo acelerado. Suas responsabilidades incluirão monitoramento remoto e auditorias presenciais nas operações dos parceiros logísticos.

Key job responsibilities - Monitorar diariamente o funcionamento eficiente dos parceiros logísticos, sugerir e implantar melhorias; - Criar e acompanhar métricas operacionais com os parceiros logísticos; - Analisar dados de várias fontes e identificar tendências relevantes para que, a partir deles, decisões rápidas e importantes ao negócio sejam tomadas; - Encontrar soluções práticas e simples para problemas complexos; - Servir de elo entre os stakeholders internos e externos tendo em vista os objetivos, limites, conformidade e privacidade das informações; - Mergulhar profundamente nas causas raízes dos problemas operacionais.

- Experience in a logistics/operations environment - Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Operações ou áreas relacionadas. - MS Office, com nível avançado em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas, macros). - Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos flexíveis incluindo fins de semana e feriados. - Disponibilidade para viagens em 25% do tempo. - Inglês básico.
