Key job responsibilities Apoyar y trabajar en el departamento según sea necesario - Ayudar en la gestión diaria de las tareas del departamento, incluyendo la asignación de mano de obra, dirigir reuniones, asignar tareas laborales y comunicarse con proveedores internos y externos - Dar seguimiento a las políticas, seguimiento de asistencia (las responsabilidades no se extienden a medidas disciplinarias) - Seguimiento y reporte de ATS/horas de trabajo - Asistir en el piso como recurso para los asociados - Asegurar el desempeño exitoso del área, mediante el seguimiento, reporte y retroalimentación del rendimiento de los asociados - Participar en iniciativas de Excelencia Operativa en alguna capacidad - Cubrir según sea necesario con tareas de producción - Comprender plenamente el flujo de trabajo y las metas de producción diarias - Ayudar a mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada - Identificar y abordar riesgos de seguridad dentro del área de trabajo - Orientar a los asociados para que trabajen de manera segura en todo momento - Participar en iniciativas de seguridad - Remitir inmediatamente todas las lesiones laborales al gerente del área #amazon-mexico-book-of-stories

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - high school diploma or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
