Amazon está buscando personas brillantes, motivadas y trabajadoras para ocupar los puestos de ayudante de recibo en nuestro centro logístico. Es responsable de programar todos los envíos de inventario entrantes, resolver cualquier problema con el transportista y archivar los recibos de entrega y procesar las reclamaciones. Además, el empleado de recepción ayudará a los asociados de Dock y Receibo a mantener el flujo de trabajo entrante dentro del departamento entrante.

Key job responsibilities - Programar el flete entrante y cerrar las citas diariamente después de la llegada. - Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro y un flujo constante en la estación de entrega. - Asegurar de que todos los recuentos de unidades entrantes sean correctos y anote cuando no lo sean. - Comunicar con seguridad para permitir las entregas entrantes en el patio de camiones. - Responsable de la gestión de tráileres de pacas de cartón ondulado y tarimas completas. - Supervisar la programación de inventario (días de flete empujado, es decir, las citas no se programan durante las horas de cita solicitadas). - Archivar recibos de entrega firmados. - Procesar reclamos de excesos, faltantes y daños. - Comprender y seguir todos los procesos del muelle. - Responsable de remover barreras para los asociados de muelle. - Crear y comunicar un cronograma de envíos entrantes para el Equipo de Gestión de Entradas.

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
