At Amazon we’re on the lookout for the curious, those who think big and accept challenges, willing to come build the future with us. AVS is a paid B2B service that aims at helping strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce from local to Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and structuring with them both a short- and long-term strategy oriented at brand’s growth and Customer Satisfaction. You will own your vendors' annual business plans (Vendor Growth Plans), using data-driven insights to build customer-centric strategies that create value for both end customers and your vendor partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to your vendors, providing guidance on selection, promotional activities, and growth strategies. You will monitor and work on success metrics daily, and ensure the brand’s experience of the AVS demonstrates our customer obsession. Furthermore, you will be working together with different stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon EU, such as (Product) Category Management, Supply Chain management, Finance and Marketing; developing your skills and future career. Your role will focus on four crucial business areas:

Key job responsibilities - Core Service: Analyze business performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights to improve overall business performance. Leverage these insights to build strategic, customer-centric recommendations using Amazon programs (e.g., Amazon Freight) to drive long-term benefits.

- Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive local and EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in our Fulfilment Centre.

Plan, implement and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day where you will help your brands generate sales. On top of that, you will drive brand campaigns with your vendors and work closely with Amazon Advertising to explore further marketing opportunities we have.

You will identify product gaps, onboard the new products and be responsible for the ramp up of these products, as well as improve the end-customer experience on Amazon (i.e.: performing Walk The Store session, competitor benchmarking, create enhanced content on detail pages).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
