This candidate will specifically partner with product managers, process subject matter experts, and workstream leads in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes and bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Candidates must possess the ability and experience in leading technical projects and products, providing direction in product strategies, driving stakeholder alignment, and leading others through the successful implementation of new technology. At AWS, we believe innovation should occur throughout the organization, which this disruptive leader will stimulate and pioneer innovation to sales and operations organizations.

The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and possess excellent project, program, and product management abilities. They will focus on understanding the business processes, creating actionable insights, and conducting product/tech research to provide recommendations to the leadership team on opportunities to enhance or build scalable solutions to meet business needs. They will have passion for problem-solving, be an independent innovator comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities • Drive automation initiatives end-to-end — from requirements gathering and technology evaluation through testing, change management, team enablement, and performance monitoring to ensure successful delivery and measurable business impact. • Optimize end-to-end business processes by owning the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of team-specific processes to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and strategic alignment. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams. • Lead and/or facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear and effective communication of ideas and solutions. • Write business proposals and other narratives in support of the organization’s automation and process optimization roadmap. • Proactively identify and solve complex issues, including collaborating with multiple stakeholders on resolution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
