Do you have experience leading standards and compliance programs? Data Center Capacity Delivery Commissioning is looking for a Commissioning Program Manager, Standardization & Compliance. In this role, you will define commissioning standards, measure compliance through clear metrics, drive improvement plans, and build training that makes commissioning execution more consistent.

Your work directly supports a team of experienced commissioning professionals who deliver data center capacity across APAC. You will set the standards for how commissioning is done in the region, and you'll work with AMER and EMEA teams to shape global practice. We work backwards from our customers, and we deliver with speed without compromising Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost.

Key job responsibilities Standardization Program Management - Define commissioning execution standards, using technical judgment to separate must-haves from nice-to-haves - Develop new programs, standards, and processes that improve execution consistency, guided by defined metrics - Share analysis with business stakeholders, explain its value, and propose changes

Compliance Program Management - Develop audit mechanisms and compliance metrics to measure adherence to commissioning standards and keep data accurate - Partner with analysts to automate data extraction and analysis that tests hypotheses - Define new metrics and use the results to drive change - Present in leadership operational and business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR), and call out areas that need immediate action - Own quarterly improvement roadmaps, using technical knowledge of AWS data center requirements to improve business metrics

Operational Excellence - Identify process gaps, measure their impact, propose actions, track results, and iterate - Find training gaps, and create SOPs and training that improve compliance with standards - Simplify commissioning processes by removing steps that don't add value - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to make the deliverables Commissioning receives and provides more consistent - Work with APAC, AMER, and EMEA counterparts to drive global alignment

A day in the life A process is only as strong as its weakest link. You will use your technical knowledge to find and strengthen those weak links, and to build the foundation of AWS commissioning standards. You will work with analysts to test hypotheses with data and use what you find to reduce project risk to Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost globally.

Consistent execution is what makes a process succeed. You will bring your industry knowledge and experience to develop best-in-class practices and build training and other methods that help teams execute consistently. You will have the backbone to tell the business, with data, where it can improve. You will partner with peers on solutions that keep the business agile and able to deliver high-quality builds consistently.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
