The successful candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You possess the ability to manage high volume of tasks and varied projects quickly with autonomy, react with urgency to situations that demand immediate attention, and have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities Production Oversight & Execution – Oversee all LATAM Live Sports production, ensuring quality and consistency across properties with regular reporting on delivery. Use local knowledge, viewership data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in production delivery. Build awareness of broadcast innovations, recommending editorial and programming changes that enhance production CX and delight customers.

Vendor & On-Screen Talent Management – Maintain oversight of on-screen talent line-ups, ensuring vendors contract, schedule, and coordinate talent to a high bar. Provide clear deliverables for production vendors and lead regular syncs to guide editorial execution and provide timely feedback.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
