As a Creative Assistant on the Documentaries team at Amazon, you will play a key role in enabling producers, directors, and cross-functional partners to focus on what they do best — telling compelling stories. You will manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and keep day-to-day operations on track so that projects move forward without a hitch. Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, applying an understanding of shifting priorities to ensure the best use of everyone's time. - Plan, organize, and execute team events and meetings, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external partners. - Create and process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and policies. - Build and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvements that increase team efficiency and drive consistent results. - Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, track key deliverables to completion, and follow up on outstanding action items.
A day in the life You will start your morning reviewing the day's schedule, confirming meetings, and flagging any conflicts before they become problems. Throughout the day you will toggle between coordinating travel plans, preparing expense reports, greeting visitors, and keeping project trackers up to date. You will regularly connect with producers, production coordinators, and external vendors to ensure everyone has what they need to stay on track.

We work in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment where every team member's contribution matters. We are focused on growing our slate of documentary content, and this role is central to keeping our operations running efficiently as we scale.
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with end-to-end project management - Experience multitasking, including answering multiple phone lines, prioritize e-mail, instant message, and ticket related communication, and communicate clearly within a command center environment - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience in networking administration and troubleshooting - Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personnel issues in the workplace

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
