The posting

Our overall mission is simple: to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. We want Amazon to be the place where customers can find, discover, and buy anything online. Whatever our customers want, we will find the means to deliver it. With your help, Amazon will continue to deliver trusted, high-quality community experiences to our customers.

Amazon’s Community Shopping program powers iconic customer experiences including Customer Reviews, Review Videos, Questions & Answers, and Visual Shopping content. All community content is moderated against Amazon’s global guidelines to protect the integrity of our marketplace. The auditing team is the ground truth for quality — we audit both manual and automated moderation decisions across 20+ languages and 25+ marketplaces, completing over 2.3 million audits annually.

This role requires a Portuguese speaking auditor. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. Fluency in other languages is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key job responsibilities Quality Auditing • Perform high-volume, accurate auditing of both manual and automated moderation decisions to ensure compliance with Amazon’s community moderation guidelines • Identify and document moderation errors, distinguishing between avoidable errors, judgment calls, and harmful misses • Maintain consistently high personal audit accuracy and productivity against established targets

Insights & Continuous Improvement • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve quality metrics for both manual and automated moderation • Support calibration sessions with moderation partner sites, aligning on guideline interpretation and quality standards • Conduct root cause analysis on quality trends and contribute findings to partner support WBRs and business reporting

Collaboration & Guidelines • Participate in auditing projects including the creation, improvement, and simplification of moderation guidelines • Serve as a QA resource for moderation representatives and management • Support automation deep-dive analyses by providing accurate audit data and insights to engineering teams • Collaborate with training specialists to ensure moderation quality improvements are embedded in training materials

A day in the life Your day will center on auditing moderation decisions across multiple community skills and marketplaces. You will review queued audit samples, assess whether moderation decisions comply with guidelines, document errors with clear rationale, and contribute to quality reporting. You may participate in calibration sessions, support guideline development work, or assist with ad hoc auditing projects such as model retraining audits or regex reviews. You will work closely with your Team Manager and fellow auditors to maintain the team’s high-performance standards.

About the team The Community Moderation Auditing team is the quality backbone of Amazon’s community shopping experiences. We are a high-performing, mature team that consistently exceeds network quality targets. In 2025, we achieved 99.43% Approval Accuracy (vs. 98.5% target) and 99.15% Rejection Accuracy (vs. 98% target), completing over 2.3 million audits across 20+ languages and 25+ marketplaces. Our work directly informs automation improvements and guideline development, and we are now part of a broader quality organization creating new opportunities for cross-functional impact and career growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
