The posting

We are looking for a Media Asset Correction Associate to join our team, specializing in quality assessment and corrective editing of Prime Video audio, video, and subtitle assets. This role is responsible for ensuring that all playable media assets meet the required technical specifications and quality standards before they reach customers. The ideal candidate will perform corrective editing using industry-standard tools, identify and resolve synchronization issues, maintain thorough documentation of quality findings, and escalate complex cases that require further investigation or redelivery from content partners. This position demands strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically through high-volume asset queues in a production environment.

Key job responsibilities - Perform quality assessments of Prime Video audio, video, and subtitle assets to ensure they meet required technical specifications and quality standards. - Execute corrective editing of audio assets using appropriate editing tools, including trimming unwanted audio segments, adjusting timing and duration, and correcting audio anomalies. - Align audio events with corresponding video content and correct audio-video synchronization issues. - Identify and resolve subtitle timing, formatting, and synchronization discrepancies against audio and video references. - Validate media assets against defined quality benchmarks and technical specifications (sample rate, bit depth, channels, timecode, duration). - Maintain clear and thorough documentation of identified issues, corrective actions performed, and any remaining discrepancies for each asset. - Escalate cases that cannot be resolved through standard editing procedures or require further investigation, clarification, or redelivery from content partners. - Collaborate with content operations and partner management teams to ensure timely resolution of asset quality issues. - Adhere to established workflows, standard operating procedures, and quality checklists throughout the correction process. - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring quality patterns and suggesting process enhancements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
