Você terá a oportunidade para atuar em áreas operacionais do Centro de Distribuição da Amazon, que garantem que nossos produtos sejam entregues para os clientes.

Você se concentrará na segurança, qualidade, experiência do cliente e produtividade.

A pessoa que será Líder de Operações tem como responsabilidades principais: • Apoio a todos os programas de saúde e segurança para garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro para todos os associados. • Cumprimento de rotinas que visam a segurança, engajamento da equipe, qualidade e produtividade dos processos. • Primeira linha de gestão direta, sendo responsável por fornecer coaching para desenvolvimento dos associados e eficiência dos processos. • Revisão dos planos de trabalho e definição de requisitos de produtividade para produção, visando atender aos objetivos gerais da operação. • Parceria com Líderes de Operações e Áreas Suporte à Operações. • Identificação e liderança proativa de iniciativas de melhoria de processos e ferramentas Lean.

RESPONSABILIDADES: Você e sua equipe de associados são responsáveis por fazer com que os pedidos dos clientes da Amazon sejam processados e entregues.

Você é responsável por garantir que as pessoas sejam devidamente treinadas e que suas necessidades locais sejam atendidas para poderem se concentrar em seus trabalhos, incluindo a coordenação de tarefas, organização de processos e administração de turnos.
