Agora, a equipe de First Mile está em busca de um(a) Líder de Turno para atuar no Seller Processing Center de Embu das Artes - SP durante o turno da madrugada.

Nesta posição, você será responsável por supervisionar uma de nossas estações de processamento de coleta, liderar equipes, gerenciar KPIs e impulsionar resultados. Key job responsibilities A função envolve: - Estar presencialmente na estação de coleta. Amazon lidera operações 5x2 no turno da noite, e ter disponibilidade para mudança de turno conforme demanda operacional

- Criar e cultivar um ambiente de trabalho seguro, identificando oportunidades de segurança em sua área de trabalho. - Liderar e treinar os associados para entregar o melhor serviço aos nossos clientes. - Garantir que os pedidos dos clientes sejam atendidos de acordo com as diretrizes de segurança e qualidade. - Fornecimento contínuo de informações críticas relacionadas ao turno aos operadores. - Envolver-se com funções de suporte e/ou outros departamentos para abordar problemas ou necessidades comuns de indicadores de desempenho. - Monitoramento do andamento da operação, atuando de forma proativa para identificar e corrigir desvios, com foco na superação da expectativa do cliente e no gerenciamento dos custos de operação. - Condução de reuniões, atribuição de funções e - Atender os KPIs operacionais como liberação de veículos no horario, produtividade dos associados e sucesso na coleta no primeiro dia (On Time Dispatch, TPH, Estimated Arrival Date, First Day Pickup Success). - Insistir nos mais altos padrões de qualidade e mergulhar fundo para encontrar as causas raízes rapidamente e impulsionar melhorias. - Encontrar soluções práticas e simples para problemas complexos sem sacrificar a qualidade. - Fornecer suporte diário durante o lançamento / implementação de sistemas / processos - Garantir que os associados tenham ferramentas adequadas para realizar o trabalho e coordenar o reparo ou substituição quando necessário. - Comunicar as métricas diárias e relatar exceções a outros departamentos em Operações e em toda a Amazon, conforme necessário.

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel - Bachelor's degree or higher education

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
