We are looking for a talented, Italian speaking New Account Manager based in Milan to support the expansion of the international seller business on the European Amazon websites. You will join as a New Account Manager recruiting and launching successful sellers on Amazon's third party marketplace, a business where retailers sell their products to Amazon customers.

The objective of the New Account Manager is to prospect, qualify high potential Italian merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability. In addition to recruiting merchants you will help them launch on Amazon's marketplace by ensuring that they master catalogue, pricing and other tools.

This role gives you the autonomy to develop original ideas and creative solutions in a constantly evolving business landscape.

A day in the life - Prospect and recruit strategic Italian retailers to sell on Amazon's European marketplaces - Guide new sellers through onboarding — helping them master catalogue management, pricing tools, and best practices - Define and continuously improve strategies for attracting and launching new sellers - Set up sellers for long-term success, driving measurable new business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Fluent written and verbal communication in local language and English (both minimum C1 level) - Experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable using standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels. - Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.

- Competency in Spanish, French, or German - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRM tools - Experience in outbound sales - Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
