Estamos em busca de um(a) Operador(a) de Empilhadeira motivado(a) para apoiar as operações diárias no site XVC4, em nossa operação de Logística Reversa. Esta função requer um(a) profissional com forte foco em segurança, execução operacional, qualidade e produtividade, responsável pela movimentação segura e eficiente de materiais, pallets, gaiolas, equipamentos e inventário dentro do Fulfillment Center.

O(A) candidato(a) ideal demonstrará capacidade de seguir processos, tomar decisões seguras, identificar riscos operacionais e contribuir para a melhoria contínua da operação. Além da condução de equipamentos de movimentação, buscamos pessoas com potencial para desenvolver competências de liderança, gestão de processos, acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte à equipe, alinhadas às expectativas de um(a) Process Assistant.

Como Operador(a) de Empilhadeira, você apoiará o fluxo de itens devolvidos, inventário, materiais operacionais e ativos dentro das áreas de Logística Reversa. Você garantirá que as atividades de movimentação, abastecimento, armazenagem, consolidação e transferência sejam realizadas com segurança, qualidade e precisão, contribuindo para o cumprimento das métricas operacionais e para uma experiência consistente ao cliente.

Esta posição requer disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos rotativos diurnos e noturnos, com escalas de até 12 horas, incluindo fins de semana e feriados, conforme necessário para suportar uma operação contínua.

Key job responsibilities Operar empilhadeiras e outros equipamentos de movimentação de materiais de forma segura, produtiva e conforme os procedimentos aplicáveis; Realizar movimentação, abastecimento, armazenagem, retirada e transferência de pallets, gaiolas, materiais e itens processados dentro do site; Executar atividades em áreas elevadas, quando aplicável, mantendo total aderência às normas de segurança e utilizando os equipamentos de proteção exigidos; Garantir a integridade dos produtos, ativos, estruturas, equipamentos e áreas de trabalho durante toda a operação; Realizar inspeções pré-operacionais dos equipamentos e comunicar imediatamente qualquer condição insegura, dano ou necessidade de manutenção; Apoiar o fluxo de itens em processos de logística reversa, incluindo recebimento, armazenagem, triagem, processamento, consolidação e expedição; Monitorar e cumprir os padrões de segurança, qualidade, produtividade e acuracidade de inventário; Identificar, comunicar e escalar riscos que possam afetar a segurança, a operação, a experiência do cliente ou o cumprimento de metas; Trabalhar em parceria com Process Assistants, Operations Leads e demais áreas operacionais para priorizar atividades e resolver desvios de processo; Registrar e acompanhar informações operacionais conforme os procedimentos locais; Apoiar a comunicação entre as áreas da operação e contribuir com sugestões de melhoria contínua; Demonstrar comportamento de liderança, senso de dono, orientação para resultados e potencial para desenvolvimento em responsabilidades de Process Assistant.

- Ensino médio completo ou equivalente; - CNH categoria B válida; - Experiência com Microsoft Office, incluindo Word, Excel e Outlook; - Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários, turnos e áreas flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana, períodos noturnos e feriados; - Aptidão para trabalho em altura, incluindo a realização de atividades operacionais em estruturas elevadas quando necessário; - Capacidade de trabalhar de forma segura, seguindo procedimentos operacionais, padrões de segurança e orientações da liderança.

- Experiência prévia na operação de empilhadeira retrátil, contrabalançada ou outros equipamentos de movimentação de materiais; - Conhecimento de processos de armazenagem, movimentação de materiais, inventário e segurança operacional; - Treinamento ou certificação para operação de empilhadeira, conforme os requisitos aplicáveis; - Capacidade de levantar até 22 kg, permanecer em pé ou caminhar durante turnos de até 12 horas e executar frequentemente movimentos de empurrar, puxar, agachar, curvar-se e alcançar; - Perfil orientado a dados, resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua; - Potencial para assumir responsabilidades ampliadas e desenvolver-se como Process Assistant.
