Amazonでは日本のAmazon Logistics （AMZL）チームのデリバリーステーション・オペレーションマネージャーを募集しています。AMZLのゴールはお客様に荷物をお届けする物流の最後の区間、ラストマイルにおいて、世界水準のオペレーションを構築することです。Amazonではお客様により速く、正確に、そして効果的な方法でお届けすることで、お客様の期待を上回るサービスを提供することに重点的に取り組んでおり、日本でもAMZLが急速に拡大しています。 デリバリーステーション（DS）のオペレーションマネージャーは、出入荷、ソートオペレーションに対する責任を負い、大きな裁量を任される仕事です。センター長の右腕として、マネージャーレベルの部下を持ち、ソート（仕分け）やディスパッチ（配送ドライバーへの荷物の引き渡し）のオペレーションを指揮します。また、DSで働くメンバーのエンゲージメントを高め、日々のオペレーションの目標を確実に遂行することに加え、さらなる高みを目指してオペレーションの改善や新しいサービスの導入を進めていく改善スキル、推進力が期待されています。

- 5+ years of people management, or 5+ years of implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts experience - Experience in managing managers - Experience in Project/Program management - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - 5+ years of management experience - Experience managing people including development, hiring, performance management, and leading teams dispersed across various regions - Experience in program or project management including the delivery of cross-functional projects
- 5+ years of supply chain management (e.g. logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations) experience - Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment - MBA, or Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions - 5+ years of retail or operations, or 5+ years of people management experience - Experience leading large contingent workforce programs - Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology, or Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field - Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions - Bilingual speaking Japanese and English - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture. - ==================================
