Lead by example with systems thinking to solve problems. • Stay current with 3GPP releases, industry trends, and evolving NTN deployment models to guide long-term product strategy aligned to Amazon Leo’s roadmap. • Write and present technical documents (6-pagers, PR/FAQs, BRDs, PRDs) to senior leadership. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering hardware, software, systems, operations, and program management teams across Amazon Leo. • Be structured and flexible at the same time to learn as the business evolves. • Provide visibility and communicate extremely well, with responsibility to provide updates to VPs, author operation plans, business review documents, and communicate to the broader Amazon Leo team. • Be a seasoned product leader with a demonstrated history of leading product strategy, technology solutions, data analytics, and customer experience. • Thrive on ambiguity and have a track record of delivering large-scale technology products and/or led large operational or technical teams. • Lead large, global, and complex technology initiatives in a large business unit, working cross-functionally with several business and technical teams. • The ability to think and move quickly and is inspired to build mechanisms to simplify and continuously innovate. • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
