AWS Business & Product Operations is in need of a creative, dynamic and results driven analyst to help us support discount programs and private pricing contracts. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in customer contracts and supporting both internal and external customers.

Key job responsibilities · Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations · Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied · Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy · Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity · Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements · Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems · Hands on data mining and to execute on projects · Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) - Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas

- Experience working with custom private pricing contracts

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
